Alhough the summer has been unusually warm, the room was breezy in the evening and overnight, and I didn’t need the tower fan that was provided to get a good night’s sleep each of the four nights I stayed. "A lovely hotel on the seafront. It is situated a few minutes walk from a sandy beach. There are buses that stop outside the hotel and go to Poole. No immediate parking but there is car park 5 minutes walk away for £6 a day. There are gardens with plenty of seating. There is a pool which is an extra £5 a day but towels are included. Breakfast was extensive but basic. All staff were very friendly. There is entertainment every evening and there is a large comfortable bar area."

"Have stayed at hotel before and will do so again. Essentially, it is value for money. Good, spacious room, plenty to offer at breakfast, option to dine in in the evening if you are not going out. As a solo traveller, it is very welcoming. Near the town centre and beach, so ticks all boxes."

"A nice hotel, very clean and Friendly staff. Breakfast was ok, a little limited and food ran out fast without being refilled. The rooms were comfortable however asked twice for extra pillows and nothing turned up. Also bulbs in lamps not working. Batteries in remote for tv not working. Swimming pool and steam room was amazing. Perfect location close to everything."

"We had a wonderful stay, the whole experience exceeded expectations. However a few point for improvement to make it a true 5 star experience. Another bigger / faster lift is required or easier access to the outdoor pool area via the ramp, for my mother who is 82. The aircon in our upgraded room (326) did not cool the room to the required temp and sleeping was difficult. In addition more sun umbrellas and more comfortable sun lounger's would make the outdoor pool facilities spectacular. Apart from that it was wonderful, all the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful and the breakfast and other food was great."
