"It’s an amazing hotel, clean, very pretty, connected next to Embassy suite. The pool area is shared with them so it’s great! You can pay to use the embassy breakfast that’s $22 plus tax per person but it’s has a good variety of food option. I am originally from PR and this is a great hotel to stay at."

"I would say this feels more like a hostel than a hotel. The best part is its central location in Old San Juan. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. We appreciated their recommendations for restaurants and parking lots. The complimentary drinks at the bar and rooftop are nice perks. The lobby is nice. However, our room was disappointing and left much to be desired. It was interior (standard) room so it’s only windows opened into the hallway. The room was dark with yellow, flickering lights. The mini fridge sits directly on the floor. The towels were very worn and a discomforting grayish color. The floors felt and looked unclean. The rooftop views were lovely but the seating felt half hazard and in disrepair. There were leaks in the hallways. I think this hotel has a lot of potential but would benefit from some updates and cleaning."
