The location was the only good place about it. The sheets and pillows looked clean but there was hair on pillows and sheets and throughout the room. The shower faucet was very difficult to work, it looked broken I was told to just pull harder. The staff was friendly, but for the price I think I'll look elsewhere to stay. Lots of families and kids around. Be aware of that if you want it looking for a calm place to stay. Smoking was allowed outside and around parking lots. Not fond of it.

We were upgraded to a cabin style room at no additional charge due to some maintenance that came up at the other room available. No issue with the room other than there was a vent blowing cold air by the bed. We kept a small heater on through the night. Everything else was great 👍.

The location was great and room was clean. However the website displayed the pets stay free but that was not true. When I arrived to the location, I had to pay 20 dollars per pet. I told the front test that they displayed false information on the website but they said they meant service animals. They were not willing and waive the fee despite the false information displayed on the website. And since I drove all the way up there, I had to pay it regardless because I was not about to go back home. Overall great location if you don’t have pets you wanna bring.

It was very cozy. The floors were filthy. The trash can was disgusting. There was a razor with some socks left in the bathroom. No toilet paper and the paper towels were half full. Had to call to get both. Bring socks if staying because your feet will be black within the first 10 mins. Otherwise, it was super cute and cozy with a fireplace and warm water with heat in the winter.

The cabin was a perfect size for my grandson and me. Bring slippers or sandals to wear around the cabin since they don’t seem to sweep. The cabin is definitely older and outdated but serves its purpose. It’s centrally located and feels safe. The heater wasn’t working and staff immediately helped me out. They were very kind and friendly.
