Stayed for one night had everything we needed. Enjoyed the sea view from the room. The only downside was that the spa was closed on the day we arrived.

This was an excellent choice for our quick 3 day trip to the beach! The breakfast was nothing short of AMAZING! There are all types of choices; pancakes/eggs to order along with multiple tables of hot and cold items (pastries, eggs, meats, chocolate churros, fruits, many juices, lattes, and even champagne!). The room was very clean, the shower area larger than typical, and the small upgrade for a view was well worth it. Many relaxing hours were spent at the heated pool area which is very large and has several pool temperature choices. Very close to several good restaurants, a nice grocery store and the bus station. If I had one wish it would be for a small coffee maker in the room so I could sit on the balcony with it, enjoy the view, and wait for the rest of the world to wake up. We will definitely be back!

This is a great value. Hotel is spotlessly clean, staff are great, breakfast buffet is huge and well done. Right by the ocean so a great location. highly recommend.

The room was clean, comfortable, and has a wondeful view of the beach. The staff spoke English, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The warm water pressure on the 9th floor was very weak unfortunately.

I love this hotel! However, please put tea/coffee making facilities in the room. This time, I found the mattress to be very very hard. I like a firm mattress but don’t like sleeping on a plank of wood.

This hotel is wonderful. Excellent customer service, a lovely clean and spacious room with balcony overlooking the sea, a great breakfast, lovely pool area and a great bar made for a fantastic break. We’ll be back.

Brilliant
We could not fault this Hotel in any way, when we booked in the receptionist was really friendly and chatty and the room was excellent with everything we needed, a bath, shower and bidet and a wonderful sea view and balcony. The bed linen and towels were changed every day and the fridge was efficient. The food was always piping hot and so much choice to suit all tastes.

Well property it was very nice,room was nice but….the bathrooms are old,they need to be renovated,and worst of all it was the smell!The 9 floor and inclusive our room it was a very bad smell ,more like a poop!oh my god it was horrible ,we tried to stay away all day,keep the balcony door open during the night!!anyway the VIP for them it was more like a joke!The lady she told us ,well apparently you are “Expedia VIP” and I have to give you 3 free drinks!!

Outdoor heated pool
Altogether, this was a great stay. Outdoor heated pool was the highlight for me. Plus the service. Staff at reception, in restaurant and room cleaners were brilliant. Breakfast choices were good. Porridge brilliant! Great choice of seeds and berries. Lovely lady cooking eggs to order. Check out their choice of rooms. Great views from high floors. We will visit again.

The Hotel Staff are superb.They are very Helpful, Friendly, Warm . Especially Fernando/Alicia @ Front desk. In the Restaurant another Fernando/ Ann/ Lucie? and other many Staffs are warm and Welcoming. The rooms are comfortable. It is very close to many restaurants, Beach and few minutes walk to shopping centers.

Twice in a week
I stayed here two separate times in a week. For one night and then for a further two at the end of my week travelling. Alicia and Laura on the desk were excellent. The room was very clean and the breakfast was good. I felt for the price it was very good value and I felt very welcome. Very good hotel.

We reserved 2 nights in this hotel to celebrate our anniversary that we missed during the pandemic. We were so happy with our stay that we decided to extend another 2 nights. We selected it because of the reviews and none was false. The hotel is super clean and the staff welcome you with big smile and so efficient. Patricia was outstanding in giving us perks that was so nice and made our stay so fabulous. There lots of selection on the breakfast buffet and the terrace cafe and bar offers nice selection of drinks and food. The pools are warm and nice with plenty of seating. Cross the street is very nice beach and there is a stretch of 3 miles of side walk by the water for morning and afternoon stroll. Out of door lots of Cafes and Restaurants with different scale and style. Our room had a wonderful see view and there are many spots in the hotel to take a panorama pic of the beach. Check the view from the 10’s floor with your favorite drink from the bar located there. Quiet lobby and business lounge if you are checking your email or a meeting. The WiFi is strong in most of the locations and free. Parking is free and it is not a problem to find a spot outside the hotel or around the corner. There is a coin laundry 8 minutes walking from the hotel if you need one. Love this place and will come back for sure! Thank you Patricia for making our vacation a special one, you are awesome.

Clean, efficient, good for family or retirees.
Great staff on check in. got some free drink coupons. Great location across from the beach. We ate at local restaurants except breakfast. Place was good for families. Nice pool , hot tub was cold. Bar was poorly stocked and bartenders did not know how to make anything other than a simple mixed drink or beer! Breakfast buffet was a bust. Had to wait for staff to serve you. Very frustrating so we went out to eat.

A room with a view
We don’t normally stay in 3* hotels, we chose this sea view room merely because of the views. Very nice clean room with a huge balcony with the most amazing views. Excellent service, the lady receptionist very friendly and Manuel also great helping us choosing restaurants etc. I highly recommend it. We’ll be back

Staff are very pleasant, going the extra mile.
It's a lovely hotel in an excellent location and, from what we could tell,all rooms had good balconies. They are trying very hard and succeeding with the covid rules. However, they do not lend themselves to buffet service. Not too bad at breakfast but dinner should be a relaxing affair and it wasn't. It would be far better to change to waiter service from a menu. As it is you have to stand some distance away and ask for everything. You can't really see what's on offer. I chose a potato salad and it had meat in it! The Spanish singer one evening was excellent entertainment but the staff were run off their feet and could have done with some help. Sitting on the balcony with a sea view was wonderful. Being in the room listening to next door snoring wasn't so good. Don't know where everyone went in the day but finding a sun lounger around the pool was never a problem. Also, apart from July and August, street parking is free and easy to find.
