"Muy bien equipado y acogedor. La cocina tenía todo lo necesario para poder cocinar aunque nosotros solo utilizamos el frigorífico y la cafetera. Cama muy cómoda. A pocos metros una linea de metro y la ciudad de las artes. La única cosa a mejorar cambiar el edredón por uno más ligero o una colcha. "

"The location, in the heart of old Valencia, was perfect. That staff was fluent in multiple languages including English. Everyone was very helpful and understanding and genuinely welcoming. The room was good, but due to HVAC limitations it was very hot for our liking. There was not way to run ventilation without heat. The windows opened which helped regulate, but the air quality in Valencia in March is very poor so leaving windows open poses its own problems."

"Folks at reception (Alejandro, Daniela, Valentina) are outstanding. Kitchen, bedroom, living room are great. Bathroom has a few issues: faucet is very short, showerhead waterpressure low, and the hot water tank is tiny. More than two people can’t shower in a row, you’ll run out of hot water."

Check in experience was amazing as Host stayed in touch through WhatsApp and provided all the help that we need (even the local info about transport etc). Sent a message about extra items and they were delivered right away. Apartment and building both are very modern with top class cleaning. As a family, we felt very safe and enjoyed the location as it was very central. Would highly recommend for families and couples. "

"One block from Valencia train station but nestled in the residential corner. Room is spacious and lately built. We check in on Sunday afternoon so only one staff was there. She was busy talking on the phone and handling my check-in simultaneously. Don’t feel warm welcome but this is what you got a lot theses days so no complains. Hotel parking garage is super tight and if you are unlucky to meet two way traffic. You require a good skill to yield your car around to let other cars out of garage....

"Right in the heart of centre apartment was clean and modern. Complimentary water and toiletries. Managed through cosmo hotel near by where reception staff provided codes at check in. Housekeep every 3 days which would of preferred 2 for towels "

"We liked the spacious apartment and the balcony overlooking the sea was nice for breakfast and supper. This place is well situated for good beaches, bars & restaurants, shops and attractions. We stayed a week and found parking on the street a bit of a problem at the weekend. The housekeeping was every other day. Kitchen equipment was generally OK except we couldn't find the right pods for the coffee machine at the Carrefour... so we brought our own kettle and also needed to buy a couple of wine...

"The apartment itself was great, very neat and clean and modern which we liked. The area is great as well. We stayed for 2 weeks and have to say we expected higher level of service. There was no cleaning half way through which was suprising and we had issues with toaster that did not work and missing a duvet and that took 3 days to sort out with contact daily. Lastly, they wrote us 48hour before arrival which was great to sort out deposit and taxi pick up at airport but they did not bother...

"The apartment really suited us. Comfortable bedroom, long corridor down to the bathroom, kitchen and lounge. The apartment was spotless, but word of warning we did see a couple of ants so be very careful about any food you leave in the kitchen. We stayed during fallas so it was very loud, but understandably so at the weekend (mid week was fine) Checking in was easy, we picked up the keys from Mon Suites cathedral which is a 1 minute walk away. Getting there was fine, we got the train...

"The property is modern and up to date and yet is in a very traditional part of Valencia. There is a fantastic bakery, fruit shop and decent supermarket all within a three minute walk of the property. We had visited Valencia before, so knew thr layout of the city and our property was very accessible to the centre(and only five minutes away from the wonderful Botanic Gardens). I really appreciated the powerful hairdryer!! The only criticism is that we could not get the stove top to work; ...
