"The location is quite remote, meaning it’s easy to get by car and a bit more complicated by train. But that’s what I wanted. The rooms are excellent. New and smell fresh wood. Mine had a little kitchen with all the cups, plates and forks. Breakfast - traditional German, no problems. Good coffee and fresh eggs. Very quite. Maybe the only disadvantage is that it’s hard to reserve it and price is a bit high, but it’s so worth it. "

"Our guesthouse apartment (#5, top floor) was very nicely built. clean, and spacious. It is right in the center of the small town of Alpbach. Overall - a lovely place to stay but you need to know about the parking, laundry, etc. The booking info on Orbitz said there was free breakfast and underground parking. Neither was true. I got a E20 ticket for parking outside on the street in a parking zone. We were promised a free local access card. Our landlady offered that to us on the afternoon of the...

"Ich kann nur das Appartment 3 bewerten. Die Unterkunft ist klein und praktisch eingerichtet. Bad ist neu renoviert. Das Schlafzimmer ist leider sehr klein und das Bett auch nur ca. 1,40m breit. Die "Terrasse" ist leider nur der Durchgangsweg zur nächsten Wohnung. Man hat also keine Privatsphäre. Die Lage ist gut. Ein kleiner Einkaufsmarkt ist direkt nebendran. Zum See läuft man ca. 10 min."

"I guess house is nicely situated so you have access to three major ski areas of Kitzbuhel. At First it being away from the town center I was apprehensive but found this to be so much easier with time management and less stressful than actually staying in the town of Kitzbuhel.
