Breakfast had a good selection of food and gave us a hearty start to the many outdoor activities in the Visp area. Thank you Baxter Hotel for being such a nice home on out trip."

"Easily one of my favorite hotels that i’ve ever stayed at. I’ve been to many hotels around the world and there’s something special about this place. It’s in the heart of the charming small town. The hotel is the perfect balance of personal and private. The kitchen is cozy yet updated and the views on the patio is the best view in town. The service was immaculate, I felt well taken care of the whole time. It was peaceful because the hotel is not crowded. I would go out of my way just to stay at this hotel again. It’s only a straight 4 minute walk to the train/bus station. The breakfast spread was also great. I’m not usually one for bread and jam but their bread and jam had me eating non stop! I’m so excited to come back. "

Also, the pizzeria adjacent to the hotel has very good food and hotel customers receive a discount! . An overall winner of a hotel"
