"Beautiful and charming heritage building. This does mean winding passages, stairs, and limitations in what can be done with rooms and bathrooms without destroying the character of the hotel. To me isn’t a downside but to some it might be. Great Location moments away from most major sites. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Fab hotel in Salzburg for our 4 night stay. Comfortable bed and clean, large room. In a quiet area and a 20 min bus ride from the airport. 10 minute walk to the train station. Very close to the shops and sights. Would stay again if in Salzburg."

"The hotel is in a great location and has good amenities. The staff struggled to take our order from our room to the restaurant so we had to go downstairs ourselves and do it as they kept saying we don’t have this (when all we wanted was to order the crème brûlée dessert). The restaurant staff were very helpful when we went and ordered ourselves and kindly delivered it our room. The people working at the reception should have awareness of hotel facilities. The breakfast menu is good with lots of variety and the room itself was quite big and spacious."
