"The staff at check in were welcoming and very helpful. The room was very well appointed, rooms spacious and very comfortable bed! Breakfast was delightful! Only reason for 4 rather than 5 star is the very disappointing dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. "

"Good size, updated room with air conditioning. This hotel was the first one we’ve had on this trip that had an outlet in the bathroom for curling wand. Breakfast was good with large variety. Hotel was a little difficult to locate as you can drive in a pedestrian zone to get to it for easy unloading/loading. Code is needed in later day to access pedestrian zone. The sign for hotel was quite small with small lettering. A member of our group had to walk around the area to find it while we waited in our car in the very busy pedestrian zone. Parking garage easily accessible down a few blocks from hotel. "

"Absolutely wonderful! Location is perfect for exploring the area.central and easy to pop in and out during the day. Staff is wonderful, The room in alpenrose was cozy, lovely, clean and had large windows that open to magnificent view of the lake-it’s peaceful and quiet on the 3rd floor. The breakfast is outstanding with a huge variety of delicious options. The Lisl restaurant is so lovely, the food was average. Overall amazing experience- would definitely love to come back again. "

"The view of the lake was magnificent. The views and heritage homes were wonderful. The amount of day tourists were alarming, and the fact the way they behaved. As for the room itself, it was great. My only two issues were that the shower could not be properly adjusted and would always spray out onto the floor. And it was very hot without air conditioning. A fan was provided which helped a little. "
