"Parked my car in the backyard for 24 euros per day which is not bad. The rooms were clean but small. Well designed but some people might not like the dark green color. Location is great next to the train station with grocery stores. Overall the experience was good but it’s not cheap. It would have been better if the staff were a bit more friendly. I didn’t try the breakfast but the selections didn’t look many."

"Rooms are nicely appointed and very quiet. Bar & restaurant were nice. Location is convenient as it’s a short walk to the old town. Next door is an Imlauer hotel with a rooftop restaurant/bar which is convenient. Parking could be an issue as the lot is small. Otherwise, Highly Recommended."

"The hotel is close to train station and little far from the old town. It is a new building and all facilities are new. In room, there is no cold water bottle. I remember that there is neither coffee spoon nor stir in room. Overall, it is an excellent hotel."

Heritage Hotel Hallstatt

"The hotel has no AC, if you are traveling by car there is not access to the hotel, nor is there parking on site. The only option is a public parking lot. They do provide a free shuttle service that picks you up every 30 minutes, however if the shuttle is full, you have to wait another 30 minutes, and if you arrive in the afternoon the shuttle leaves you two blocks from the hotel and you have to walk with your luggage."
