"Great hotel, staff, restaurants and close to the downtown area. "

"We selected this hotel based on it's close proximity to the central rail station. We were able to walk right out the door of the station and next door to the hotel. Concerns about train noise were non-existent. Morning breakfast in the 6th floor room gave us an amazing daily view of the Fortress Hohensalzburg and was a short Uber or walk to most of the city sites. Finally, when I forgot my passport in the room safe, they called me shortly after we checked out and I was able to go back to the hotel and pick it up before we left the city. Outstanding service and extremely convenient for travelling in the area."

"Beautiful, renovated hotel close to all things Salzburg. You can park here if you have a car but you really don't need one. You can walk most anywhere in 15 minutes or less. Super nice place to stay- highly recommend!"

"We would return to the Ameron in a heartbeat! The resort was lovely - comfortable rooms, welcoming staff, delicious meals, fantastic A/C in very hot weather and the location is amazing! I wish we could have stayed longer!"

"The staff members at check-in were friendly and helped us with a Salzburg card as well as which bus to catch. The room was a good size, and the drinks in the bar fridge were a nice touch. The mountain views from the room were beautiful. Public transport is close by and very easy to catch to all Salzburg sites. The only thing I would change is that it would be good if the shower could be closed off rather than being open planned within the room."

"We both absolutely loved this super cool hotel. Lots of little touches in the room made it feel extra special. All the furnishings are super modern and sleek. I liked the way the bed appeared to float and was illuminated at night to highlight that. The lighting, the bathroom, the hotel, it was all such fun and so well planned and thought out! The bathroom even had a speaker for music. The food in the rooftop bar was excellent - I had an vegan panna cotta for pudding, which was excellent, and the service was prompt and friendly. The wine was good, the beer was good. The view from the 360° roof bar was stunning, stretching across Salzburg and its suburbs towards the Alps. Prices in the bar were fair and the food prices were about right for Salzburg. My only criticism is: the queue to check in and check out was a little long. Everything else was perfect. I could have stayed in this lovely hotel a lot longer. "
