"The stafff here is absolutely amazing. Had a great conversation with the night front desk man. He was a joy to talk to. They let me check in early because of an appt that I had. I was being knocked out and they made sure to give me a ground floor room close to the door so I didn’t have far to walk. The room is so clean and cozy. I would definitely stay here again! "
"Loved the entire property, it was stunning. The breakfast in the morning was fabulous, best cinnamon roll I’ve ever had. Gorgeous views from every room. Will definitely be back."
"This place is absolutely wonderful. I love that it is smaller hotel. A few things I enjoyed, the breakfast is fabulous, they have a cluster of individual hot tubs on the roof which felt private and relaxing to watch the stars. I love when places I stay add the extras to make you feel spoiled… the bathroom towels, robes and bedding were amazing! The shampoo, condition & body lotion were luxurious. I had texted asking for a toothbrush and within minutes a gentlemen was at our door with 2 tooth brushes. One thing to note if you stay in a suite, the shades in kitchen and living space are sheer and see through from the outside in the night, maybe that’s why they provide robes."
"what a beautiful place to rest after 4 days in the national parks... the beds were so comfy. They felt (& smelled) like beds that your grandma makes for you. There is so much room for everyone to spread out and relax. "
"Excellent home in a great location. Would definitely stay here again. The property is very secluded from the other houses in the area. The hot tub on the balcony was clean and hot. The house was very clean. The kitchen had extras, like spices and aluminum foil, which was helpful. Two of the twin beds were up a ladder in a loft, so be aware that only kids may be able to get to those. I didn’t dare go all the way up, but looked from the top of the ladder, and there is a tv up there too, so again, kids may love this. I only slept in the king bed that’s on the same level as the kitchen (so I cannot speak to the other beds), but it really needs to be replaced. There is a huge indentation in the mattress on the side closest to the door. Love this location because it is just outside of town and more private. Instructions to get in were easy. Communication between the cleaning crew was lacking. I went through their instructions and received an email saying it was okay for us to check out at noon instead of 10am. However, the cleaning crew showed up at 10:15. We got a call asking why people were still there. The man I talked with was polite and understood this was just a miscommunication, so it was not a big deal for us, but I felt bad the cleaning crew was around, waiting for us to leave because they weren’t informed.
