"We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay at the Murren Palace Hotel. The hotel was outstanding with incredible ambiance; the welcoming staff was professional and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. "This was the most amazing property. The rooms are all very different and we did have an issue on our first night with noise and the room temperature (it was unseasonably hot and there is no AC). We were moved to a new room in the same category that was so amazing. Would stay again, great spot and wonderful spa area!"
