"Great staff!"

"Our room was absolutely immaculate and oh so beautiful. Everything was impeccable inside. I'm usually very critical about hygiene standards but this place was practically perfect from that standpoint. Unfortunately, our stay was cut short by the adjacent construction zone right in front of our balcony. I feel like the property should make a special disclosure about this situation to warn prospective customers about the loud banging starting promptly at 7 a.m. Thankfully, the staff was very accommodating in canceling our 2nd night reservations and Expedia resolved this matter in minutes. Overall, I'd go back in a minute if the constructions stopped. "

"Our stay was wonderful! The staff is extremely friendly, and they make sure you have everything you need. I have to give a special shout out to Camila who is a waitress/server in the restaurant in the lobby. She was FANTASTIC!!!!! She was very attentive and she made sure we had everything we needed.
