"Loved this place. We stayed in a little cottage..close to Monteray aquarium. Would stay again!"

"The breakfast menu was ok. It got warm/cold if you didn't get there right at 7am. No bacon or sausage as an option. The overnight oats were really delicious. The tables were dirty, you clean up after yourself so they dont get wiped down. Says free breakfast, but your paying $20/night extra. It says for breakfast and parking and amenities. Breakfast was a little disappointing. The staff were really nice! I just didn't like that our room had an ant issue. Along the walls by the big window and on our nightstand between both beds,plus the table with the coffee maker. The pool was heated and nice. The spa was nice,could've been a tad bit hotter. Its a good location if your visiting the wharf,aquarium and cannery row. The pillows sucked, too flat. No microwave in the room. The bed sheets and blankets are white,not a fan of that at a hotel. Overall it was an ok experience. The ants ticked me off. The staff are extremely nice! "

"Parking was safe and easy except for the 4 bone jarring speed bumps. Tv was 24”!!! Hard to hear and see! Neighbors were so noisy! Blackout curtains worked except the blinding halo around the outside of the curtains. I had to fix the TV remote. The lead was not touching the battery. Numbers and letters worn off of remote. Bathroom fan was noisy. Lights were all excessively bright and were the white LED. Not the warm white they should be. When I looked at map for hotel location near the aquarium, it said 20 minutes. That 20 minutes turned into 45 minutes during bumper to bumper stop and go traffic on the “freeway”. "

"My stay was not what I expected for the amount I paid. I could not turn on the shower and it was too late to call someone to fix it so I had to wash myself with your towels but I really wanted to take a shower!!"

"Yes, the breakfast room was clean and had good food. The staff was very nice and helpful at all times. The parking was very accessible but definitely get to your hotel early because it does get packed! Overall amazing stay with a central location located near all the attractions! "

"Room not ready on time, have us wrong room type and had to move to other side of complex. This burned up our afternoon time we wanted to spend at the pool which we then never used. Staff and manager never said anything. Breakfast at hotel was very poor quality for the hotel class. "
