"Amazing staff and service. Food was ok and the views were amazing. Didn’t get to try the pool but looked clean and inviting. Finding the hotel was a bit difficult and the drive up is a bit rough."

We were greeted by someone that spoke no english which was quite uneasy seeing as how we just arrived on the island at 6pm (sunset) and wanted to familiarize ourselves with the space. Instead as the sun went down, we were greeted by a guy with a flashlight which seemed to be telling us he was the night guard and told us to yell his name if we heard anything. "Such a wonderful experience traveling with

, young children and our service animal. The location is breathtakingly beautiful with its forestry natural landscape, wildlife in the trees (monkeys!) and opportunities to horseback ride all around the property, pueblito, and the beach. Stunning views and the only sad thing is we could not stay longer due to other plans, but we’ll be back here for sure!"

"We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at the hotel. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman that does the food and beverage service in the pool area. We rented a side-by-side quad one day to explore, even though we had a car. Lots of fun. "
