"The pool was the only saving grace for this property and of course it was out of commission when I stayed there. Friendly staff but this place is not recommended for families or anyone trying to enjoy their stay. For work or not needing to actually be in your room much - it’s fine. My room smelled horribly like cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room. Pretty clean surprisingly but the photos definitely make it look better than it is. "

"What ever you do … don’t sleep in Room 104. The elevator is on the other side of the wall. It’s very ignoring. Didn’t have a restful sleep. The room was clean. I wasn’t impressed with our check in. Then we were eating breakfast with other visitors watching Good Morning America. All of a sudden the receptionist changed the TV to Fox News. No consideration for us. I don’t think I will return here. Also, could smell marijuana down the hallway. "

"Prepaid for a room but It took 40 minutes to check in at approx 4pm. Long line and only one front desk person for first 30 mins. Staff seemed under trained. Manager showed up trying to enter room because he thought it was empty. Room was mostly clean. There was some kind of soap spilled on the desk beneath the tv that i found the hard way. "

"Everything was perfect for the first comers like us except the "Breakfast Included" information. It'd interpreted, either intended or unintended, as a sort of "fradulent advertisement". I think it'd be an issue for both your (Expedia) advertisement and the ESA's. The advertisement specifically says the breakfast a "continental breakfast. However, in fact, it's NOT. What the ESA in San Ramon provides in the morning hours is NOT what the typical "continental breakfast" supposed to be.
But no matter what I said or reported above, the overall experiences are quite okay. Specifically in our case at the ESA San Ramon, the staff services were great. Particularly a lady staff, Allison Duda, was superb! Exceptionally wonderful! She'd made our stay there for 5 days quite comfortable, easy and happy! For that, we'd like to highly commend her work at the ESA. Many thanks to the entire staff at the San Ramon ESA! Best!

"Gym was nice we used it. Front desk snd housekeeping are friendly and helpful. The condition of our room 406 at no fault to housekeeping was that the tile in the shower was gone and very uncomfortable, a mat was provided but i am not a fan of these. The light in the makeup mirror was barely working. One elevator in the whole place ONE! that is crazy and one ice machine on the first floor. So we will not be staying here again. Not because of staff. Just not happy with the room and access to the room and ice. "

"This is a typical Hyatt Place. Big room and a comfortable bed but a little short on plugs near the bed. Kind of a pain since I keep my phone next to my bed and use it as an alarm clock."
