We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Dinner at the hotel was excellent with beautiful views overlooking the water from your table. Breakfast included an omelette bar, which is rare in Italy. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great stay.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Room and hotel very clean. Pool is lovely with a range of seating to suit everyone. Breakfast is excellent both food and saff. Coffee is strong. Lunch and dinner are both delicious, however i think the menus need more of a selection. Pizza and local beers were the highlight. A special mention to Antonio at dinner service. He is exceptional ❤️

EXCELLENT stay! We booked only one night but had to stay a second because it was just what we needed. Beautiful place and extremely relaxing. Gorgeous pool and clean beach with clear water. Plenty of water sport activities too included. Attentive lifeguard, friendly front desk, and pool bartender. The service on the rooftop is slow but professional. Fantastic meals for dinner and lunch but breakfast is okay however great coffee. We will be staying again.

I painstakingly looked for a place on the beach for the last leg of our 40th Anniversary trip. I emailed the hotel to ask about a special dinner and transportation. They kept pushing me off to different areas with many emails back and forth. The thing that REALLY upset me was I had called a few weeks before to speak to the restaurant onsite. Our 40th Anniversary was when we were staying there and I wanted a special dinner that night. I spoke to Victor, who reassured me he had our back, that they would make it special! I was assured once again, after we arrived and spoke to Victor, that the night would be great. The night came, we got super dressed up and walked up to the restaurant and NOTHING. They barely acknowledged us. Victor said it was very busy and blamed it on his manager. His manager tried to come over and sell us the same horrible food on the menu we’ve been choking down the whole week. I finally ordered a steak and the sides came to the table cold. I cried at the table. They had ruined our 40th Anniversary and didn’t seem to care. The hotel said the resturant is seperate from the hotel but a bad dining experience reflects poorly on the hotel. Although it’s a beautiful location and the front desk staff and transportation staff are fantastic, there is nothing else around it for food options so you are stuck eating not good food with mediocre service. My opinion, this hotel is not worth it, even for the location.

It’s a very beautiful plac, however there a few things that can cause inconvenience. Very isolated and no transport to go anywhere, hotel transport is extortionate 5 minutes journey contraction is €25!!! There is a fantastic restaurant in the hotel, but only open for dinner. If you want lunch it’s only cafe food which is disappointing. The beach is not sandy and it’s pebbled. If you decide to go there, you definitely need to rent a car.

Generally the quality of the hotel was good. The reception staff were great. The car parking staff not so great, although it was extra busy the day of our visit as it was a bank holiday. The approach to the hotel is a bit awkward. The drainage on the complex isn’t perfect. There were some drain smells outside here and and there. The beach was amazing, with kayaks, paddle boards and other fun things to use in the sea for free. The restaurant was a great setting for an evening meal, although service was a bit hit and miss and the quality of the steaks we had weren’t that great! All in all a good experience but far from perfect!

Nice hotel, poorly maintained. No proper management. Dont stay on a friday-loud late disco. The restaurant is over priced with poor service, not interested in hotel guests. They make a point of saying theyre not part of the hotel Brakfast very poor Our room had broken aircon, not much hot water, fridge didnt work first day. Cracked glass in patio door to balcony. Shame because it could be a good hotel. Read the reviews-theyre all quite accurate

Avoid This Hotel – Poor Service and Substandard

The staff at the hotel is the opposite of solution-oriented, especially those working at the reception. There are parties at the pool every day until 2:00 AM, so you can forget about getting any sleep before then. There is no cooperation among the hotel staff; everything is divided, and everyone blames each other. The breakfast is terrible. Dry bread and muesli are what you can expect. Oh, and some croissants too, which were good. The Wi-Fi barely reaches the room, and the coverage is awful. If you really want to experience Sicily, I would suggest looking at hotels in Trapani, Sciacca, Cefalu, and Taormina. Make sure to rent a car, as the nearest shop or restaurant is miles away.

The location is very nice and the hotel has a private beach and a pool. The room we were in was infested by flies and the staff did nothing to address the issue. I was offer a voucher which I did not accept because I would not go back to the same hotel. There are other options around. The place is isolated with limited lunch options. The staff does not seem to care too much about guests.

Was in Palermo with my son for 8 days and chose this hotel, The hotel is quite nice with very nice staff. Breakfast could be better and air conditioning was missing, for example, at the reception. Nothing to complain about otherwise. The staff gets high marks from me. They did everything in their power to help us. The hotel is located in an area where you must have a car if you want to see other than the hotel. It takes about 50 minutes to get there from the airport and 20 minutes to town. The beach is not really a sand beach , but that was perfectly fine for us. The best thing about this hotel is that you are on your own. In the evenings you can hear a little noise from the upper terrace where they plays music but it didn't disturbed us. The rooms were well insulated with air conditioning etc.

A bit away from the city

Very clean, stylish hotel with excellent breakfast. On the beach with good facilities. Balcony is beautiful and sleeping is comfortable. Not much to complaint about except a few things: no kettle in the room, we were missing a hot tea/coffee. No designated parking at the hotel, we had to find a place on the road it was too tiny on first come first served base. Not ideal for the rented car as the road is too narrow. The personal is not speaking English. We had to explain basically using signs. A few things were still not understood which was annoying. Staff gets annoyed when you try to ask something in English but they do not understand. Same in restaurant. Some hotel facilities were fully closed and not operational. Too far away from the city.

I am listing my impression from the positive to the negitive. But to sum it up, I would not stay here again, despite some of the great things it has going for it. The staff was great and the food and, generally, the facility is very nice. Some challenges with English, but it is Italy! We had the beef filet and spicy pizza were excellent. The view around the bay is wonderful and the sound of the waves is wonderful. The beach is nice. It is a mix of small pebbles and rounded rocks upto a couple inches. Nothing really sharp, but not comfortable to bare feet - bring water shoes. There is a few small amounts of sand in places. There are some small fish to see if snorkeling, but not very colorful. The hotel is about 40 to 50 minutes drive from Palermo Airport (PMO). The hotel says it has airport transfer for an additional fee, however they refer you to 'a partner' giving you a phone number to call. We opted to just get a taxi when we arrived. The taxi charged us €191.00. I am feeling that was not an honest fare, but I could be wrong. As comparison we paid about that for each night at the hotel. The nearest opportunity is the rail station a 15 minute drive away with the train running into Palermo about once an hour. The train trip allegedly about 20 minutes. My biggest complaint was that there a party hosted on site with EXTREMELY loud music and DJ that went until 0100, we couldn't sleep. This ruined our short visit and greatly impacted my rating.

Not a 4 star Hotel

A beautiful and stylish hotel with a lovely view. However, the experience is ruined by the service provided. This hotel is supposed to be "4" star, but it doesn't live up to that standard. Unfortunately, there are too many small issues that bring it down. Their restaurant looks cozy, but the service is incredibly poor. We had to wait 45 minutes just to order our food, and the same amount of time to receive it. Half of the items on the menu weren't available, and when we finally got our food, it wasn’t very good. We also tried to order pizzas and were told that we couldn't, but later saw that other guests apparently could. Neither the waiters nor any other hotel staff spoke English, there was only one guy at the reception we could talk to. In the rooms, there wasn’t a single hook to hang a towel, so we had to leave them lying around the room or hang them over the furniture just to let them dry a bit. A simple thing like taking a round to collect glasses wasn't done much by the pool, so people had an incredible number of used glasses and bottles standing around for a long time. If you have a hotel located so far away from everything like this one, they should do something about the service level, as it was simply too poor, and you don't want to spend your whole day there, which is a real shame because both the pool and beach areas are incredibly nice. In our case, we had rented a car, and we were really happy about that, so we could go out in the afternoons/evenings to get s

Transfer cost from train station ridiculous. Charged an additional $40 euro per day for extra room occupant. No place to walk or shop, not even a gift shop. Could only eat at hotel restaurant.
