"Allt toppen, gästvänligt, rent och fint. Ligger väldigt vackert. Fantastisk frukost även för en av oss som är glutenintolerant."

"This is a great property to base a trip around the Marche region."

"The room was OK. Clean but not spotless. Very noisy spot with the train passing by very close. Service and reception only online, so sometimes, be patient. Bed comfort = about 6/10."

"Stayed one night. Excellent location for City Center and the Beach (walkable). Connected restaurant staff very helpful and accommodating. Room was very modern and comfortable."

"Struttura immersa nella natura, nelle colline vicino Fermo. Personale gentile e disponibile. Pulizia eccellente, colazione ottima con prodotti locali. Piscina meravigliosa immersa nel verde e con una vista fantastica! Stanza spaziosa e curata nei dettagli. Consigliato per una vacanza sia di coppia che per famiglie. Torneremo presto! "

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Marezi! Everything has been completely renovated since July, and it really shows. The accommodation is spotless, modern, beautifully finished, and equipped with everything you need. Honestly, we couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. Sylvia and Roberto are fantastic hosts who make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. It was also a perfect place to stay with my dog, who felt just as comfortable as I did. I truly hope to come back...

"Beautiful location close to pool beach restaurants. Very clean rooms well maintained. Breakfast was a nice variety. Staff was very helpful and friendly i would love to visit again in the near future."
