"It said all inclusive when booked. But they charge for bottled water and Turkish coffee. Also, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathrooms. There was no door to the shower making it hard to take a shower without getting the floors all wet. Overall, highly disappointed."

"The first day we arrived, the power kept going out so it took us over an hour to actually check in to our room, on top of that the guy that helps with the luggage made a comment/joke about me to the vallet which i definitely did not appreciate. "Save your money and don't go to this hotel, They don't have any respect for their guests. No one is available at the front desk. "The hotel is a worn down building in a noisy and unattractive area with sea view over derelict buildings. The towels from the previous guests as well as the full bins were still in the room.
