"From the moment we stepped into Pousada Alfa e Ômega, we felt an immediate sense of warmth and welcome. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The owner even checked on us several times during our stay, which made us feel truly cared for.
Breakfast was a daily highlight. The buffet offered a delicious variety of waffles, tapiocas, fresh fruits, and more. It was the perfect way to start our adventures in Chapada dos Veadeiros.

"Já ficamos algumas vezes nessa pousada. De um modo geral é boa, mas podem melhorar. Faltam ganchos no banheiro para pendurar a toalha e um porta papel higiênico (que fica solto na bancada).
Nosso quarto não tinha cortina em uma janela e o sol bate na nossa cara assim que nasce. Coisa simples e que podem resolver rapidamente.
O café da manhã é bom e variado, mas o atendimento da última vez deixou a desejar. Demoraram a entregar o pedido e quando veio estava frio.
