Who wants to stand outside flagging around with their phone and trying to scan QR codes and fill in more forms? I will stay again but email for the access code in advance. "Lovely 3 star hotel in a great location, just a couple blocks from Place Comedie, is a quiet oasis The entire staff couldn’t be nicer and are all patient and gracious with my attempts to speak French. The breakfast is very nice too, with great coffee, delicious small pastries and local jams and honey. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends when visiting Montpelier "

"When we arrived at the hotel we were told that we had no reservation. Our trip was a family trip with two children. We showed them the photocopy of the reservation, they were not satisfied and demanded that I show them the original email (on my mobile phone) and that I call my tour operator, which I did.
