"This was a great experience and overnight stay as we were traveling through West Virginia. Room was very clean , staff super friendly , and a nice hot breakfast waiting for us in the morning. Felt very safe not much around this hotel which for us was perfect and very convenient right off the highway and very close to interstate 77 . Easy on and off highway. Do not hesitate to stay at this hotel."

"Clean room . Outside premises weren't very clean as there were trash everywhere. Parking was a challenge or else you can park farther from your building. A little shady because there were people drinking on outside premises during our check in. But for a night, it was a good stay."

"I enjoy Embassy Suites because the suite guarantees a good night's sleep, free of the noise outside the room door. This particular Charleston hotel had a great breakfast (cooked to order as well as buffet), an exceptionally clean and comfortable room, and very nice personnel working at the hotel. The downsides this time were that only one of the three elevators was working on this busy weekend. Also, the hotel lost its self-parking space behind the hotel, and guests now have to park in a garage building a hundred yards away and down a very dark street. This was highly inconvenient because all the short-term parking spaces that could be used for check-in in front of the building were blocked off and I couldn't park in the garage until I had checked in. So, I drove around several times until I could finally access a space to pull into the hotel lot and be able to check in and get a parking access card. I did not enjoy pulling my bags from the garage to the hotel, either. Hence, I could not give my usual five star review this time."
