"The bed was very uncomfortable, and there was cracking paint on the ceiling in the shower area. The pillows were also very uncomfortable kind of weird for a place that markets their beds to sell."

"For a hotel this close to the airport and so highly utilized by us travelers, this hotel was wonderfully clean and the staff were terrific. One nice story: we had to catch a flight at 6am and our shuttle driver was on time and also took us directly to our terminal vs dropping us at the Air Tran location. We were so grateful for his service. It made our early morning less rushed."

"Nice clean motel in a safe location. The only negative is the loud road noise until at least 1 am. For some reason obnoxiously loud motorcycles and sports cars were constantly passing by the motel the night I stayed there."

"Here’s a polished, personable, and concise version of your hotel review: This was my second time staying at the Kenilworth Hotel - Airport West, and once again I had a great stay. The room and bathroom were both very clean, and we appreciated the luggage rack, iron, and ironing board in the room. The check-in staff was very kind and welcoming, and the evening staff was also pleasant and helpful when they provided us with a toothbrush we forgot to bring. The only disappointment was that the AC in Room 231 did not cool the room very well. Other than that, everything was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this location because it’s very quiet, which was the best part for us — plus the free parking is a great bonus!"

"The room itself was clean, nice continental breakfast better than a normal one, staff was professional. Towels were washed and dried, but not clean. The hand towels had someone’s hair entangled in it. It’s expected with this type of hotel. Although I was a bit disappointed in the noise levels the whole time, day and night. Other reviews say it’s quiet, yes guests are quiet, but the highway noise outside was so loud I could not sleep at night. I kept waking up to semi horns and street racers doing burnouts. If you choose to stay here, would recommend bringing ear plugs."

"It is important to me to feel secure when sleeping in my vehicle. This area appears to be quite questionable, and for the price, there are other hotels where one might feel more at ease. The breaking point t for me where the stains that where on the blankets . I paid 100 plus for 2 nights and after 1 hour of being there felt was in my best interest to loose the money and just leave and return the key"
