"For a king size bed we only receive 3 pillows. This isn’t an issue for us because I bring my own pillow but it seems odd to only have 3 pillows for two people.
Breakfast is great!"
"This stay hit that rare sweet spot where you feel taken care of, even if everything isn’t flawless. The room was comfortable, the atmosphere felt welcoming, and you could tell there’s real effort behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly.
What stood out most, though, was the front desk team. Every interaction felt genuine, not forced. There was one staff member in particular — I believe his name was Asheesh (apologies if I’m misspelling it), a shorter gentleman — who went above and beyond. Friendly, attentive, and clearly someone who takes pride in doing things right. That kind of service doesn’t go unnoticed.
No place is perfect, but when a team shows this level of care and professionalism, it makes all the difference. I’d absolutely stay here again, and management should know they’ve got people worth recognizing at the front desk.
This hotel is not perfect but they do their very best to accommodate and that’s very important. Given that it’s not a brand new hotel with the capabilities these other hotels have and still give them a run for their money. This is one of the BEST bang for your buck."
"I enjoyed my stay. The staff was wonderful check-in was easy. The rooms were clean. I enjoyed the pool area. I wish I had a room across from the pool. It would’ve been nice since my grandson had some time with me. I will stay here again, but the only thing I did not like was children running up and down the hallways after 10 11 o’clock and I was trying to get some sleep so that I could get up to catch my transportation to head back home, the thumping and the bumping there was really no quiet time after 11 and 12 midnight but other than that, the property was wonderful. The breakfast they serve was a good selection and at least I was able to get something in my tummy before heading out for the days activities, I give them kudos."
"Clean room, nice amenities. The breakfast could use some improvement. Stale bread and cereal. The hotel is a bit dated overall, and some of the staff can be grumpy. The woman who checked me in was great, though! Super friendly. Good location. Overall, good, would stay here again."
"My room was not cleaned. The bedding was washed and made, and that was it. Pet hair everywhere, and human hair also, as well as a floor I could not walk barefoot on. Surprising how well you can hear every sound throughout the hallway with your door closed. I won’t stay here again."
