"Our flight was cancelled, we arrived the next day and even though we had sent someone early in the morning to let staff know we were arriving later, when we got there we were told that our PRE-PAID room was given. I would have expected at least a phone call before this happening. We had to stay in another room and move to the room we had booked the following day, with two kids. We were not offered anything for this.
When we finally had a room (on the first day) at 10:00pm (!) (we had to wait for them to find us something since 7:00pm when we got there) the kids' bed was not even made! We had to call reception and wait for someone to come.
There was also a hospitality strike and breakfast was poor, not even eggs. No warning about this either even though our breakfast was prepaid as well."
