"The room was spotless but there wasn't an extra pillows/sheets/blanket bag in the closet. John and Kayla's hospitality was amazing, friendly and informative. I really appreciate that. The employee running the breakfast café needs to be more friendly, have a smile on his face, and be more approachable (with manners) when a guest has a question. "

"Clean, comfortable room, bed was firm, not too soft and mushy. Had a slight dent in the side I used, but it wasn't enough to bother me. I liked that they had nice quality and fitted sheets on the mattress! I hate when hotels use flat sheets for the mattress. Staff was super helpful, shuttle driver was amazing, especially as we arrived around 1:00 am. Very much appreciated from two tired travelers! And the coffee in the room was decent as well, and even better in the lobby!"
