"This hotel was perfect. The location was perfect walking distance to everything. The staff and service was amazing. The Carousel Bar was amazing. The pool was excellent. If I had to recommend, I would recommend adding umbrellas at the rooftop pool as there is a point where there is no shade. "

"This hotel has old world charm and is located within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see in the French Quarter. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. We parked at a lot across the street (~$40 day). The area around the hotel itself is what you would expect in down town New Orleans. When we checked in, the staff were less professional than I expect from a 5 star, but that may have been a random occurrence. Overall, I would definitely recommend it if you don’t mind a little older feel and appreciate the elegance of days gone by."
