"Pleasantly surprised. I love this isn’t a franchise hotel. I stayed for 2 days. They have food optiions and a bar in the evening. I didn’t use the pool but saw it was near the elevator. I like the location because some hotels you have to awkwardly walk around near the front desk in your swimwear. Breakfast staff was friendly & attentive. Front desk staff upon arrival came across annoyed, less welcoming than other staff. All parking is front of hotel. There’s a convenience store in walking dance, hotel is close to interstate. There’s a car dealership behind hotel. If I ever have to stay in Newport, I’d definitely stay here again."
