Le falta un poco de mantenimiento a las casas y focos arriba de ellas, la mayoria fundidos. El personal muy amable . "La tranquilidad que se vive, un excelente lugar para descansar, pero también hacer actividades deportivas y recreativas. Hay un lugar cercano para andar en bici de montaña, bastante recomendable. El personal que atiende es el mejor y más atento. Se convirtió en nuestro lugar favorito de Avándaro. Hay que reservar con tiempo porque ese lugar, aunque tiene poco de construido, va a ser todo un éxito. La mejor experiencia que pudimos vivir. "

"The hotel and staff were excellent. The facilities were well maintained and clean. The room had wood or wood-look floors, no carpet. It had all the basic stuff, king bed, desk, TV, nice chair and ottoman, shampoo/conditioner-one, shower gel, bottle of water, and plenty of towels. No snack bar or alcohol in the room. The restaurant was first rate, but the menu was only available in Spanish. I had to ask for help to understand the menu. Help came very easily. Received a complimentary VIP beverage!...
