The lobby/central courtyard is really cool. The tables in the room were greasy, the blinds didn't shut all the way, and when someone started their diesel truck outside of our room the fumes were almost overwhelming. Other than that, it was cheap and easy to get to.

This place has such potential, however the price was great for it's repair needed condition. No smoke detectors, wires hanging from celing where one apparently once was. Ill be back.

Don’t stay here, find somewhere else. Bed bugs, we couldn’t sleep. It looks nice on picture but just don’t. Smelly. Old. Just don’t.

Not what I booked

Christy at check in was sweet and you can see the hotel was once a beautiful and exclusive place. But the area was not great. And I had asked for two queen beds and had two double beds. And the sign on the room said non-smoking but the room reeked of smoke.

They advertised a pool in description..it was not available..the place is old and they are trying to update but not close to what it needs to be..tv didn't work wifi didn't work..i will never stay there again

I booked 2 rooms for my stay while traveling with my entire family. Before I got there for check-in they had given one of the rooms away because they over booked. We had to drive the rest of the way home through the night. Very dangerous for sleepy parents with children. How do you give up a room that is booked with children?

Nothing seems right with this Hotel. The elevator was not working; bed, pillow cover even the towels were not washed properly. The fridge wasn't cooling and the restroom was horrible.

Overbooked

My room was not available. They said they were overbooked by Hotels.com and that they “always do this”. Spent about an hour on the phone with Hotels.com. Rough to do in the middle of the night after 14 hours of driving, but they put me up in a nice hotel for no extra charge.

Wrong size bed

We booked a king and had a confirmation. Check in is 3:00. We arrived at 3:10 and were told they didn’t have any kings left. Put us in a “queen”. Barely a full sized bed. 😠

This hotel really needs a major renevateion or torn down. Very dirty and outdated. Non smoking room smelt like smoke. Found a bed bug on the bed. Horrible experience and didn't feel safe.

Horrible

Room was so dirty We wouldn’t even sleep in the sheets. Bathroom toilet was clogged and shower was filthy. Homeless people sleeping in the stairways and dirty needles on the ground.
