"There were issues with incorrect charging of my account and my room not being ready on time — the the staff is above par - Ryan that works in the restaurant and pool , and the lady who works the restaurant (I so wish I had got her name, but I bet Ryan can tell you ) were wonderful (even while being overwhelmed and understaffed. Ryan was our waiter by the pool, then after he was scheduled to be off by 6 , remained our waiter until 8, then as we moved in to the restaurant , was still our waiter late into the night . I brought Ryan and the lady who was the waitress at the restaurant back down an extra tip- both protested saying they didn’t deserve it (they DID) - they both may our stay there enjoyable (considering we had frustrations with a couple other parts of our stay ) - I would recommend this place to anyone - it’s fantastic - just needs a little bit of patience overall"
