"Great stay overall! The hotel is perfectly located — about 20 minutes to downtown and 20 minutes to Secret Beach, making it easy to explore while still enjoying some peace and quiet.
The pool area is beautiful and a great place to relax after a day of adventures. Being away from the hustle and bustle of downtown made the stay feel calm and refreshing.
The food and drinks were very good, though definitely on the expensive side. Worth it for convenience and quality, but something to keep in mind.
Overall, a relaxing spot with a nice atmosphere and a great balance between accessibility and tranquility."

"Room dirty. Literal dust on our fingers when we used the railing. The towels and robes were stained. The pool towels were shredded and had holes. The staff was slow and half of them were incompetent. The managers were kind, but you shouldn’t need to involve a manager for every little thing. The food is bad and on the last day we ordered tiramisu that came frozen (after Princess told us they had a baker) and the whipped cream on top had turned and was sour- this skeeved us out- it was impossible not to consider what other food may have been expired or close to expired. Honestly this property is a bad look for Hilton and I don’t recommend for anyone. The pool server spilled a drink on my book and just left it there to soak. He couldnt even be bothered to wipe it or move it. In fact, he just left the lime and straw on the ground and pretended it didn’t even happen. I could go on…. Our stay was pitiful. Waste of money and waste of time. Extremely disappointing. "

"My stay at the Watermark was nothing but amazing from the time I booked my stay. The communication between me and the staff was very timely. The accommodations that were made for me even when I chose to extend my stay were greatly appreciated. Yal at the front desk was such a joy and very helpful. The staff in the rooftop bar were great as well. I will definitely be returning. "
