"Everything was great from the moment i was picked up at the airport until the moment I left.
I nean, Literally - everything.
Its beautiful, unique, quiet, safe, interesting, ,secluded, but convenient to everything.
The best thing about the place is the staff- I fell in love with all of them- the service was amazing.
Its relaxed luxury without the stuffy, pretention of other upscale places. That is what Ialways look for when traveling, and it is surprisingly difficult to find.
I cannot recommend this lovely place highly enough

"We just got back from Sunset Caribe. Beautiful hotel, amazing staff and great amenities. The pool is beautiful, no sun until the afternoon though. The hot tub is huge. We did go across to the other hotel for the beach but the water is pretty murky so we didn’t swim there. The room was clean and very comfortable. The restaurants in the area were all good and many are easily walkable. The town is about a 10-15 golf cart ride away. I’d highly recommend a snorkeling tour and a day visit to Caye Caulker. "
"My stay at the Tropical Palace Hotel could not have been better. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The common areas were always picked up, smelling fresh and clean. Our linens and laundry as well. They made my brother and I feel like family and we feel like we have a home in Belize now. Thank you so much to the hard working staff that made our stay so memorable. "
"Check-in was smooth. It is a golf cart community, but we did not need one as most things were accessible by foot. Gave us a chance to see the town properly and walk the beach. Location was key as it was within walking distance to everything, including an EXCELLENT Indian restaurant just outside the property. Staff was very friendly. Just note that this is a beer/wine resort, no alcoholic cocktails. But we had some amazing cocktails at the Blue Water Grill and at the Ol Tackle Box. The pool is small, but heated. The resort area beach is pristine , with 6 hammocks and many loungers. They have diving tours that depart directly from their pier. We went mid-December, so no huge crowds yet. Weather was also very pleasant. All in all, we had a fantastic, relaxing time at this resort."
"Although the hotel doesn't look like much as you enter from the street, once in the door it is beautiful!! The staff is always friendly and helpful. The attached restaurant serves meals all day and the food is great and the staff excellent. The rooms are beautiful and exceptionally clean. The front desk will help with any reservations (cart rental, dinner reservations, air shuttle reservations, water sports) you need. Overall it was a great hotel to book in San Pedro!!"
"I read some reviews on this resort & decided to book. I am sure glad we did! We stayed in a 1 bedroom King ocean view room on the 3rd floor. It overlooked the pools, and the Caribbean Sea was just beyond a short walking path. I spent ALOT of time relaxing and sun bathing on our balcony which was spacious. The full kitchen was stocked with dishes, glassware, cookware, and appliances. It had everything one would need to make a meal for a family; however we preferred to try the many restaurants nearby. We were grateful for the coffee grounds provided to us, and we used the full sized refrigerator to keep our beverages and leftovers cold.
The bed was very comfortable, and there were ample pillows of various firmness for all types of sleepers. The bathroom was extremely spacious and we were provided with travel-sized toiletries which were amazing on the hair and skin!
The two restaurants onsite were amazing and very quiet which meant that we had excellent service- Jose waited on us a few times and we enjoyed his company. All staff were kind, professional, and very willing to help.
The resort conveniently rents out golf carts to get around San Pedro- it is a must!! We appreciated being able to sight see on our own schedule!
Our stay was from Dec13-20th. Upon arrival we were surprised at how quiet the resort was! It was the perfect place to unwind before the Christmas rush. We would definitely return to this resort!!

"From when we first checked in until we got to our room, it was above and beyond service and very friendly and made us feel welcomed even check us in early. And every time we walk by the front desk, it was a great and friendly interaction. Beach and view is underrated on reviews. Please stay here. I’m coming back."
