"Good and convenient location close to city centre and train station with parking available on-street nearby. We had adjoining rooms - quite small but did the job as we only stayed one night but while passing through. They accept dogs which is a plus and limits our choices. Helpful staff. "We received a friendly welcome from the staff on arrival at City Résidence Tours. The room was clean and well kept. There was working air-conditioning, which we were grateful for as there was a heatwave during our stay. The air-conditioning occassionally made odd noises, but continued to work well for the period of our stay. The cooking area was clean and well enough equipped for our stay, but was compact. There were two local mini-markets that served our needs for supplies well during our stay. City Résidence Tours is very convenient for Tours railway station, and we also found it was walkable, about 25 minutes, from Saint-Pierre-des-Corps railway station. The historic centre of Tours and the Loire are walkable from City Résidence Tours. We took breakfast at City Résidence Tours, once, our final day, before taking the nexy leg of our journey. The breakfast room was clean and tidy with a good range of breakfast foods."
