"The property is good Ruined our overall experience, the hospitality and service were extremely disappointing and fell far below what I would expect from a property of this standard It started with the key card not working for a room, and even after notifying the front desk we had to wait outside for ~30 minutes with kids. "The staff was great, but the room had pests. Their booking system for massages is horrible and ruined my surprise plan for my parents. Even their menu pricing didn't align with their staff's understanding. The staff did try to make up for this, but when you pay a price for Fairmont, you don't expect so many issues."
