" We were put in room 212. It was very clean, beds were extremely comfortable as were the pillows, perfect amount of coverings. Highest praise for comfort. I was told this was a trial room. 1. Shower doors did not stay closed. They both slid to open position. 2. There was no shelf for putting your own hair products on. 3. There was no shampoo, conditioner or soap containers or dispensers for the shower. Management was very kind and listened to above opportunities for improvement. "

"You would think at the price they’re renting these rooms that they would at least offer valet or validated parking garage. They should really ask the city to keep a quarter mile radius in each direction of their property clear of homeless people. The walk from the property to the available garage was a bit sketchy. The property itself, amenities & restaurant inside the hotel were amazing! Rooms were clean and the character of the brick building were absolutely stunning."

"Check in process was quick. Staff was friendly & informative. The outside of the hotel through me off but once I walked in my room I was very satisfied. My room was very clean, smelled good inside. The bathroom was updated. Great price for a very nice room! I stayed for breakfast the next day. I honestly had a great experience."
