"WiFi was terrible. We stayed for 2 nights and did not receive any room service bed not made, no trash removal or fresh towels. We expect a higher of service from a Westin Cable tv had issues with freezing and delays. "

"Some of the front staff were very rude and not helpful at all. The room was clean, but trash bags were not placed in garbage cans and the safe beeped non-stop. The extra cost buffet was average. "Reserved 1 bed, 1 bath but got 2 bed with extra half bath. We have stayed at the Villas by the Sea several times in different rooms. As always, the complex is beautiful and well maintained and staff is friendly. The condo itself was nicely decorated and you could see the ocean from the upper balcony and master. "
