"My toilet and tub was stopped up and no one ever came to fix it !"

"The room was cavernous a 2 bedroom apartment way on the other side of the building...it was creepy and had an odor. I asked to be moved...the other room was less creepy. Both rooms were dated & smelly. The elevator was not functioning properly...it wouldn't go down from the floor I was on so I used stairs once and next time I went up to go down. The restaurant was under staffed and the waitress was rude...probably because they were under staffed."

"The breakfast bar was phenomenal! The elevators were not properly working and access to the stairs was limited to fire emergency only so that part was a bit inconvenient BUT overall it was a decent stay, with a clean bathroom and comfortable bed. "
