This property was well maintained even if it had a bit of wear around the edges. The location is pretty close to both downtown Ames and ISU campus, so it is convenient.

Room was clean and comfortable. Good beds and housekeeping. Breakfast was fairly well stocked, sausage and eggs one day, and biscuits and round sausage the next, otherwise standard. Pool is small but didn't try it as too cold. Property and area is clean and quiet. Next door to golf course.
