Walls are paper thin, pillows are tiny, you talk to a person on a screen for check in, and we skipped the morning shower - bugs started crawling out of the drain and there was hair stuck in the drain as well. 0 stars - stay somewhere else if you can. The cheaper rate wasn’t worth it.

Excellent customer service! The owner was very friendly and he was very welcoming and kind! The room was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, as well! The web description says that they offer breakfast, but that is false. I checked 2 days, and basically nothing there. Room was recently renovated and clean. Sink had hot water, but shower had very low water volume, and was about half cold and half hot, so taking a shower was uncomfortable and I did it as quickly as possible to avoid shivering.

The temperature was below-10 and the heater in my room was not working and when i went to the desk nobody was there and nobody answered the phone. Know it was late but i couldn’t sleep because it was too cold.
