Carpet in rooms is filthy. Like it hasn’t been cleaned properly in years. There’s also an odor, maybe mold or bacteria growing. There was a blood stain on the bedding.

Very nice hotel. Drawback is that the price goes up when there are local tournaments as the gym is right across the street. Great place to stay for the right price, but will go further if it's an expensive weekend.

In general the place is very nice. The staff did a great job keeping the building clean and organized.
