Nice friendly stay

It was a nice place to stay with our two dogs . Easy access and clean elk maintained rooms. Breakfast was not great, but we had doughnuts with, so not an issue.

The room was very clean. The breakfast was nothing to talk about and the walls are extremely thin could hear everything going on

Very clean

The room was very nice and clean. It did however have a musky smell. We weren’t in the room much but to sleep so we got some air freshener and sprayed when we were there. Overall though a nice place

Breakfast was toast, kids’ sugary cereal, and waffle. That could certainly be improved upon. Lighting for putting on makeup is terrible. The water pressure is much better than the last time we stayed there. In spite of the issues, the price is right.

The sheets were a curtain from 1970s , no staff present was locked out of room and had to call police to contact hotel owners!

This Super 8 is a good value. Nothing fancy, not much for breakfast, but good for the price. It was very clean and that is our priority. Coffee was not good. Also, new bedspreads and curtains would brighten up the rooms.

An inexperienced individual tried booking a hotel in Ames and didn’t realize the top recommendation was an hour away, in Jefferson, and pushed through the reservation. We didn’t have that kind of time to lose so we had to pay for the stay that we couldn’t use.
