"I had a very lovely stay here, Jack and Alex W on the front desk where very helpful as well. The bar staff were fabulous as well, especially Maddie, who was very friendly. June in the breakfast room in the morning was very kind and polite as well. I stayed in one of the apartments across the car park which was very modern and had an area where you can cook. (Although I couldn’t see and frying or saucepans, I didn’t need to use any) but there was also a Nespresso coffee machine as well. There was also comfortable Air Conditioning/Heating which was controllable. There were also free bathroom amenities too. Would recommend to stay here."

"The hotel is located in the beautiful town of Romsey, which is very clean with plenty to see, good shopping and good restaurants. Although there is no elevator in the hotel, staff were available to carry up the luggage. The staff were very pleasant and eager to help and assist."

"Plug in sink jammed, couldn’t have a wash. So hot, no air conditioning. Shower was great. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice. Next door was very noisy."

"The hosts were wonderful. really made me feel welcome and safe and provided a total sanctuary away from the dusty festival I was performing at. lovely view from the window onto the fountain which created a tranquil vibe. the breakfast was absolutely delicious but most of all it was the staff and managers who really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and I cannot fault their hospitality. Loved my stay.. would definitely stay here again. Thank you!"
