"Front desk staff, housekeeping for rooms and breakfast dining staff were amazing! Parking garage attendant & night cleaning lady not so friendly. Amenities were appreciated but we wanted to order food from outside restaurant but you're unable to eat it anywhere other than your room. That was a small bummer but pool was clean but small for such a large hotel. Great location in Manchester. "
