"We were very displeased with the odor in our room. We went out and purchased a can of Lysol disinfectant spray and sprayed the entire carpet, baseboard areas in the bathroom and most all surfaces. Then we left for a couple hours and returned, sprayed again. The odor was tolerable with the windows left open for the night. Several areas of paint peeling on the walls, bed was comfortable but way too close to the wall on the one side, especially when there is plenty of room for the bed to be moved over. We will not return"

"We got a suite and it was nice. The breakfast was good but not as good as years ago, with no omelets or hash browns any more . But it's free so I can't complain too much. Pool area is still beautiful but I miss the hot tub. I like that it's walking distance to Whiskey Creek, one of my favorite restaurants. I've been going there for 45 years, through different ownerships and still enjoy it."

"This hotel is an affordable choice. The beds are comfortable, with comfortable pillows. We booked a suite with a jucuzzi. The tub was clean and well maintained. It is definitely big enough for two. We appreciated the free WIFI. Breakfast had a nice variety of choices and were constantly being filled. All in all this was a clean, comfortable, place for our one day stay."
