Mauvaise communication.

Quand je suis arrivé, la porte d'entrée était fermée et il n'y avait aucune réponse sur le haut-parleur de sécurité !! J'ai dû appeler l'hôtel pour parler à quelqu'un. De plus, lorsque je suis parti, j'ai dit au personnel que je partirais tôt le lendemain. Lorsque j'ai quitté l'hôtel, la réception était fermée, j'ai donc déposé ma carte dans la boîte de dépôt et je suis sorti pour trouver la porte fermée. Le problème était que je n'avais pas de code pour sortir et je ne pouvais pas rentrer dans l'hôtel ! J'ai essayé de sonner mais aucune réponse ? Heureusement, un autre client de l'hôtel était réveillé au rez-de-chaussée et j'ai utilisé sa carte pour sortir par la porte principale ! À ce moment-là, j'étais déjà en retard.
