"The pictures for this property are very misleading. The place is very outdated and there’s a horrible smell that comes from the shower. On day of checkin I was sent an email outside of the hotels.com site asking for a deposit even though my booking was paid up front. It was a little bit sketchy. Then trying to find the location was very confusing as there were several gates and doors each with their own access codes. Very difficult to navigate when you arrive after sunset. "Buen viaje en familia, estuvimos en el Garden & SPA dos noches en familia y super agusto. El checkin es un poco lioso ya que te facilitan un código de acceso a una caja de seguridad donde se encuentran las llaves del apartamento y con esa llave se puede abrir la puerta principal y la del portal. En cuanto al apartamento, casi todo genial. "Clean room but would have liked to have lotion in the bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Carpeting in the halls could use a refresh and a fair bit of banged up walls, scuffed paint. Front desk staff always very helpful. Great that it was a quick walk to the parks. Great breakfast buffet offering!"

"The hotel was absolutely beautiful and very modern. The bed was comfy but the two singles do slide apart very easily which then creates a gap in the middle of the bed. The free transfer bus to Disney was very useful and punctual and driver was very friendly! We have zero complaints about our stay except the hotel held a 1st birthday event while we were there so we had no access to the facilities that night, when we went outside to collect our Uber Eats we found the guests attending the event were extremely rude and gave us very judgemental looks as we were not ‘dressed up’ and would not let us past. Everything else was perfect and the pool was a really nice treat! We would definitely stay again!"
