"It’s the only hotel that you can drink the water from the tap in your room. It has a very nice pool and Jacuzzi. They keep the Jacuzzi nice and hot. Also they will bring your drinks to your Jacuzzi or pool experience."

"This hotel is rude, they don't respond to your messages at all. I accidentally booked in Tijuana instead of Otay Mesa and they wouldn't help me at all. The Otay Mesa Hilton called them to see if they'd do a refund for me and nope, against their policy. Don't stay here and furthermore make sure you're not trying to book in US and it shows you this location which is inside Mexico! "

"Room was very clean hardwood floors no carpet I think is an excellent idea specially for people like me with allergies.the saff bery friendly and helpful, beautiful pool and jacuzzi. I highly recommend. "
