This property is owned by a very nice man. He treated us kindly from the moment we arrived. The rooms are exactly what we expected. This is close to several Amman area attractions.

So glad we stayed here!
My brother and I loved our stay at Caravan Hotel. It’s in a convenient location to many Amman attractions and there’s abundant street parking. The breakfast in the mornings is delicious with lovely views of the King Abdullah I Mosque from the fourth floor breakfast room. Very clean and welcoming staff.

Good to try again the rate paid, no elevator in the hotel and staff are not aware totally about the offers in application. The hotel is clean, breakfast is good and staff are cooperative!

Good location in Amman
The hotel is across the street from King Abdullah I Mosque and near two Christian churches but above the busy downtown. It is much closer to downtown than the expensive hotels and in a quieter neighborhood (except for 4:15am call to prayer). I did not use the shower or the tv. The bed was comfortable. The painter and decorator were unskilled. The breakfast was good: pancakes and syrup, pita bread, hard boiled eggs, fruit juice, cheese, hummus, cold cereal, olives, tomatoes, coffee, tea, and several more plates of food.

The hotel was good. Nothing spectacular. Located right across the street from a mosque and Christian church so you will hear prayers and church bells.

The owner was very helpful orgañising trips for us. The breakfast was great and plentiful. Very clean, Good aircon when needed. Close to Abdali mall for dinner. Good shower. Enjoyed our stay bete and highly recommend it.

This is a bit to far from Webdeh to be walkable, and the mosque is very loud next door. Staff are accommodating to an extent. My webcam was hacked on their open wifi, and no safe in the room.

It was a great stay! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed as family. Room was simple but comfortable with great beds. Hotel was quiet and breakfast wonderful. Thank you!

A hospitable, family-run hotel: friendly service
I stayed with my wife and four children for seven nights at this lovely, family-run hotel - the Alkhateeb family is very friendly and hospitable. Decent, healthy breakfast - also lunch & dinner on demand for a similar price to local 3-star restaurants; we had dinner one night at the hotel, when we were too tired to go out to eat. There are bakeries, grocery shops, a pharmacy, bookshops nearby. Right across the road from the magnificent King Abdullah I Mosque plus two Orthodox churches. The owner, Mr Talib Alkhateeb, helped organise a tourism tour for us around Jordan, including a car with driver since we didn't want the stress of driving ourselves. We managed to see most of the major tourist sights in Jordan: Amman, Jerash, Battle of Yarmouk, Madaba, Mount Nebo, Dead Sea, Wadi Mujib, Mu'ta shrines, Karak, Showbak, Little Petra and, of course, Petra itself. Caravan Hotel booked hotel rooms for us overnight in Petra too, since it's a 3-hour drive from Amman, so a daytrip is very tiring. At both Caravan (Amman) & Sunset (Petra) hotels, we had two triple rooms for a family of six - all air-conditioned with Jordanian breakfast included. Caravan Hotel is on the edge of the Abdali district, next to Jebel Lweibeh. Overall, an excellent, value-for-money 3-star hotel.

Cheap and clean hotel
Good cheap hotel for a few nights in Amman. Downtown is within 30 minutes walk if you're feeling up to it or a short taxi ride. Room was clean and bed comfy.

Two night stay
We stayed here years ago as Peace Corps Volunteers and loved it. The hotel has changed owners and is still a great budget, locally owned option in Amman. It's close to many sites. The rooftop terrace is a great addition.

Great value for money and super helpful staff
My wife and I landed at 10:00 PM in Amman, this was our first visit to the Middle East, so naturally we needed some pointers. We contacted the staff of thsi hotel prior to our stay and they were extremely helpful in giving us information, options, costs on how to get to the hotel from the airport on public transportation, as well as arranging day visits in the city and options on how to get to Petra. For a city where every cab driver approaches you with a "better tour" than the one you already have, just to get the service, it was very refreshing to get an unbiased source of information to help us plan. They not only waited for us to arrive around 11:00 PM but also cooked us some tasty local dinner with a smile, even though they were tired due to Ramadan. Definitely would stay here again

Comfortable budget hotel
The owner was very friendly. The view from the breakfast area on rooftop is excellent. Free breakfast.

Good budget choice
The owner Taleb is very helpful and knowledgeable. The other staff are also quite good -- the guy who cooks in the restaurant is surprisingly talented! Not a bad place for dinner. Location is good if you don't want to be in the noisy center of Amman, but there's nothing else really around the hotel, restaurants etc. There's also still some street noise, so though it's quieter it's not super quiet. On the whole, a good place.

スマホゲームに夢中で、いつまでたっても頼んでいたバスタオルを持ってきてくれなかった。 タクシーを使いたくなるような立地。 お湯の温度も上がらず、12月は辛い。部屋に食べ物持ち込み禁止という変なルールがあった。

Le gérant qui parle français n'était pas là. Nous avons été accueillis par un autre gérant à 2am qui a gentiment proposé de commander à diner pour nous (à notre charge). Le petit déjeuner est satisfaisant et la vue est vraiment super. Très bon quartier (calme et central). La chambre n'est pas très moderne mais propreté et confort OK. Il ya la clim + la tv.
