I paid the reservation via Expedia but the hotel refused to let me access my room. They told me you must pay Alain until we receive the money from Expedia. They were rude and I was in a hurry to take some rest before my next flight. They tricked me saying if you want your room pay first. So now I paid the room twice and it was dirty room. I didn’t use anything because I was scared of getting sick.
