Nasty experience. First they tried to double charge. We really had to negotiate loudly because everything was paid in advance and they didn’t believe.
Next hassle. no breakfast. No restaurant. We paid for better room because of free breakfasti. They didn’t believe again. Pure bullsh..t.
Next. shower drainage didn’t work. We also need to ask towels twice to get those.
GoogleMaps address didn’t match the location and phone number didn’t work. Hotel name was also a bit different. This makes me think why they have almost everything wrong in hotels.com info.
Wifi worked. Points for that.
